Breakfast at the hotel. Today you travel on the Bernina Express of the Rhähische Eisenbahn along the UNESCO World Heritage Route. Enjoy an alpine railway journey that takes you from the high glaciers of the mountains to the south to Tirano (Italy). The Bernina Express is the highest railway line across the Alps and connects northern and southern Europe in a spectacular way. You travel over the Bernina Pass and the open loop at Brusio. Time for lunch or a walk through Tirano. Continue your journey with the Bernina Express Bus through Valtellina and along Lake Como to Lugano in the beautiful Ticino. Overnight in Lugano.
