The following terms regulate the legal relations between you (hereinafter referred to as "the client") and railtour suisse regarding travel arrangements or any other services provided by railtour suisse sa.

 

Requirements

railtour is a member of the Swiss Travel Industry Guarantee Fund. We guarantee that payments for your package holiday will be refunded in the event of our bankruptcy or insolvency prior to your departure. For detailed information, please refer to the “Guaranteed There and Back” information sheet available on demand with your affiliated travel agency or directly with us.

Our package tours feature air transportation with reputable airlines that adhere to the safety regulations set by the EU Commission. However, to reach remote destinations, domestic flights with local airlines may occasionally be necessary. Please note that these airlines do not always meet EU safety standards.
