Limone is famous for its historic lemon gardens, which characterise the village. The limonaie (lemon houses) are traditionally built of stone and are used to protect lemons and other citrus fruits. The Monte Baldo Cable Car runs from Limone to the summit and allows you to enjoy the magnificent view of the lake and the surrounding landscape to the full.
