The car-free Herrengasse is the city's main shopping street, and boasts a number of imposing buildings. On the one hand, there's the National Arsenal, with one of the world's largest collections of weapons. Or take a dip in one of the many palaces with romantic courtyards, such as the Generalihof or the Herzoghof.

Not only Bern has its world-famous glockenspiel. Graz also has one; 3 times a day 2 window wings open at the carillon place and a pair of traditional costumes rotate in circles in the sound of the bells.
-
The river of Graz, the Mur, divides the city. Here you can see the contrast between tradition and modernity. On one side there are narrow alleys, cosy restaurants and small pubs. On the other side is the extravagant art house "friendly alien" with various temporary exhibitions. A floating shell (Murinsel) connects the two districts.

The Schlossberg is located in the middle of the old town. You can enjoy a wonderful view over the city on foot, with the Schlossbergbahn or with the elevator.
