You board the Venice Simplon-Orient-Express in the afternoon at Paris at Gare de l'Est and move into your cabin. In the evening, enjoy a 4-course meal in the dining car.

Enjoy the view from your cabin as the train travels through Hungary. Breakfast is served at the allocated time, and lunch is also served in the opulent dining cars. In the afternoon, you are served afternoon tea in your cabin. On arrival in Budapest, you will be transferred to your hotel. Dinner on the Danube and overnight stay in Budapest.

In the morning, you will return to the Venice Simplon-Orient-Express as it travels along the Danube to Bulgaria. During a stop in Varna, you will be able to catch a glimpse of the Black Sea.
