A modern passenger information system keeps you updated on your travel progress at all times. For your electronic devices, you'll find not only standard power outlets but also USB ports and wireless charging stations. New mobile-friendly windows improve signal reception, ensuring more stable network connections.
Each compartment features a control display with convenient comfort functions such as lighting control and a service call button for onboard staff. Access is managed via an electronic entry system using NFC cards, and all carriages are equipped with video surveillance – providing an added sense of security throughout your journey.

For cycling enthusiasts and winter sports fans, the new multifunctional carriage provides practical bike racks and extra storage space for luggage, skis, and snowboards.
Passengers with reduced mobility also travel comfortably: a modern, barrier-free couchette compartment and a wheelchair-accessible toilet are easily accessible thanks to low-floor entry.

A sliding fold-out table for breakfast, a reading lamp, storage compartments, coat hooks, and a mirror provide added comfort in a compact space – ideal for a relaxing overnight journey with the Nightjet.

The modern multifunctional area offers everything you need for flexible travel: shell-style double seats with foldable armrests and continuous headrests ensure comfortable seating. Storage compartments, reading lamps, and wireless charging at each seat add to the convenience. Thanks to the low-floor entry, access is especially easy. Bicycle racks and extra storage space for luggage, strollers, skis, and snowboards make this area ideal for active travelers. The luggage racks feature NFC functionality for secure storage.
