2nd day: Bernina Express St. Moritz - Lugano (8h)

Breakfast at the hotel. Today you travel on the Bernina Express of the Rhähische Eisenbahn along the UNESCO World Heritage Route. Enjoy an alpine railway journey that takes you from the high glaciers of the mountains to the south to Tirano (Italy). The Bernina Express is the highest railway line across the Alps and connects northern and southern Europe in a spectacular way. You travel over the Bernina Pass and the open loop at Brusio to Tirano (Italy). Time for lunch or a walk through Tirano. Continue your journey with the Bernina Express Bus through Valtellina and along Lake Como to Lugano in the beautiful Ticino. Overnight in Lugano.

3stday: Lugano and return journey

Breakfast at the hotel. Enjoy a day off in Lugano. Lugano is simply a must see. A charming paradise on the shores of Lago di Lugano. Palm trees, a romantic lake promenade and a beautiful old town. A trip to the oh so beautiful Ticino is pure relaxation. Already Paul Klee, Franz Kafka, Hermann Hesse and even Giacomo Casanova were attracted by the lovely city and didn't let anything burn here. We also recommend an excursion to Monte Generoso. Individual return journey.
