After breakfast, your tour guide will show you a completely different side of the city by leading you through the covered passageways of Paris. When the Parisian street network took on its modern form in the 19th century, cosy oases were created away from the hustle and bustle of the large boulevards. Of the 137 covered shopping arcades in which the Parisian population strolled in 1828, 24 still remain. These forerunners of today's department stores are mainly located on the right bank of the Seine. They inspire with their nostalgic charm, original boutiques, shops and cosy cafés.

You can round off the tour with a lunch cruise on the Seine. From the glassed-in boat you can enjoy a marvellous view of all the sights, this time from the water, accompanied by typical French chansons. Transfer to the railway station.
