The first is a discovery of the culinary art of Peranakan cuisine, where you'll visit a spice store and a traditional grocery store to buy herbs and vegetables before trying your hand at preparing some tantalizing local dishes. The second tour is for culture and art lovers and takes you to the old town of Georgetown, where you can visit impressive temples, a contemporary studio and an opera and puppet house. Your driver will take you wherever you want to go. You re-board the train at Butterworth for lunch and a leisurely afternoon on board.
