The Eurostar operates services to and from London, as well as between Belgium, France, Germany and the Netherlands (Paris–Cologne/Amsterdam/Brussels).

For journeys to London: No. Certified assistance dogs, guide dogs and approved therapy cats may travel free of charge. Other pets are not permitted on services to and from London. For journeys to the rest of Europe: Yes. Small pets may travel free of charge in a carrier measuring up to 55 × 30 × 30 cm. For larger animals or animals not in a carrier, you will need a dog ticket. Dogs must be kept on a lead or wear a muzzle. Guide dogs travel free of charge.

For journeys to London: Fully assembled bikes cannot be taken on services to and from London. On certain routes, space can be booked for a dismantled bike in a protective cover. Folding bikes, electric folding bikes, children’s bikes and scooters are permitted up to a length of 85 cm, provided they are fully packed. For journeys to the rest of Europe: Bikes must be dismantled and all bike parts must be packed in a soft bag measuring up to 135 × 85 × 30 cm. When folded, folding bikes measuring up to 75 × 53 × 30 cm are treated as a standard piece of luggage.

Yes. Wheelchair users are offered a seat in 1st class at the 2nd class fare. The wheelchair must not be more than 70 cm wide and 120 cm long. The combined weight of the wheelchair and the passenger must not exceed 300 kg. A wheelchair space and a seat for the accompanying person will be reserved.
